Roles & Responsibility:
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
- Good experience in sourcing candidates through various channels like Naukri, Linkedin, Angel List, Indeed, Social media
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Co-ordinating with technical managers to understand positions and recruiting needs
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reports.
Experience:
1 to 6 years
Language Proficiency:
English, Tamil
Technical Skills:
- Should have good English communication & presentation skills, computer skills and familiar with the Internet
- Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS office
