Physician Relationship Officer
Position: Physician Relationship Officer (PRO)
Company: Radolabs Diagnostics Centre
Location: Nandambakkam, Chennai.

Position Summary: As a Physician Relationship Officer at Radolabs, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with doctors and hospitals in your designated area. You will engage with core healthcare professionals, execute planned activities, and ensure timely reporting and updates to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively cover and maintain positive relationships with all allotted doctors within thedesignated area.
- Constantly engage with core doctors and hospitals to understand their needs, provide support,and foster long-term partnerships.
- Execute various activities such as workshops, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, andother initiatives as planned by the reporting manager.
- Promptly and regularly update the monthly work plan and submit daily reports to thereporting manager.
- Submit detailed progress reports weekly and monthly, outlining activities undertaken,progress made, and future plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians in the assigned area, addressing theirqueries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure the needs and feedback of doctors arerelayed and acted upon.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with physicians and hospitals.
- Ensure all activities and engagements comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a relationship management or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive and strategic approach to relationship management and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel within the designated area.
