Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
Good experience in sourcing candidates through various channels like Naukri, Linkedin, Angel List, Indeed, Social media
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Co-ordinating with technical managers to understand positions and recruiting needs
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reports.

1 to 6 years
Language Proficiency:
English, Tamil
Technical Skills:
Should have good English communication & presentation skills, computer skills and familiar with the Internet
